Wireless access point installation for businesses
Consumer routers struggle in offices, shops and warehouses. Business-grade access points are mounted on the ceiling, powered over the network cable (PoE) and managed together, so devices move between them without dropping out.

Mesh WiFi installation for homes
Large homes, double-storey houses and granny flats often have dead spots. Where we can, we run a data cable to each access point instead of relying on wireless backhaul, which keeps speeds consistent across the house.
NBN cabling inside your home or business
Your NBN connection is only as good as the wiring inside your premises. With fibre to the premises (FTTP), the NBN connection box is often in a garage or hallway, far from where you work or watch TV. We run Cat6 cable from there to a central point and out to the rooms that need a wired connection or an access point.
NBN HFC and FTTC setup
Hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) and fibre to the curb (FTTC) connections depend on the wiring inside the building. We check and tidy the customer-side cabling, position the router where coverage makes sense and add data points or access points where Wi-Fi does not reach.
NBN data points for home offices and businesses
Wired data points give computers, TVs, consoles, cameras and phones a stable connection. We install, terminate, test and label each point so it is easy to identify later.

Business network installation
CCTV, access control, intercoms, phones and computers all share the network. We plan switches, cabling and Wi-Fi together, so cameras and business devices are not competing for the same bandwidth. Our UNOTEL Pty Ltd team installs the structured cabling as well as the Wi-Fi equipment, so one team is responsible for the whole result.
Who does what
NBN Co and your internet provider are responsible for the NBN connection itself and the equipment they supply. We work on the customer side of that equipment. We are not NBN Co and we do not change NBN network equipment.

Do you work with the internet plan I already have?
Yes. We set up the Wi-Fi and network inside your premises and connect it to your existing NBN, Starlink or business internet service.
Can you fix Wi-Fi that already drops out?
Often, yes. We look at where the router and access points are, how they are connected and what is interfering, then recommend the smallest change that fixes it.
Can you move my NBN connection box?
Changes to NBN Co equipment are arranged through your internet provider. What we can do is run cabling from where the equipment is to where you need the connection.
Do you sell internet plans?
No. We set up the cabling and network inside your premises for whichever provider you choose.
