Can I answer the intercom on my phone?
Yes. Most video and smart intercoms we install have an app, so you can see and speak with the visitor and open the door or gate from your phone.
Can you replace the old intercom in our apartment building?
Yes. We replace old audio-only panels in strata buildings with apartment intercom systems that show video, and can link them with fobs or access control.
Can staff use their phones instead of cards?
Yes. Many modern access control systems support mobile credentials, so staff can unlock doors with their phone. Cards and fobs remain available for anyone who prefers them.
What happens if someone loses a card or fob?
It is cancelled in the management software straight away and a new one is issued. There is no need to re-key locks.
Can the intercom and access control work with my CCTV?
Yes. Linking them means every caller is recorded and every door event is logged, which makes checking an incident much faster.
